We've made a number of improvements to our platform over the past few months to help our merchants optimise their payments and drive growth. In this post, we highlight some of our latest feature rollouts.
Recent product updates include:
- Improved Late Payments functionality by adding a setting that allows expired crypto payment requests to be auto-converted to your desired FIAT currency at a spot rate.
- Added transaction exports, you can now export all your wallet transactions for reconciliation purposes on the Wallet page.
- New date filters enable you to export all transactions, or transactions from each individual wallet, in a selected date range of your choice.
- Improvements to our payment statuses in the Wallets tab for more accurate status information, for example, Payment In - Late, Payment In - Underpaid. Find more information here.
- A new cross border payments feature allows you to request a quote for CBFX trades via the Merchant Portal.
